About the event
Mohit Gangani comes from a traditional family of Classical Music and Dance.
He started learning the Tabla at the age of 5 from his Guru, Pandit Fateh Singh Gangani. His first performance was at the age 6 and since then he has performed with renowned artists nationally and internationally. A rising star in the Indian Classical Music scene, his latest ensemble, The project Ganganis has opened the META awards night recently apart from many other cultural platforms and festivals.
Mohit Gangani will conduct a Masterclass in Rhythm on the 20th and 21st April
The class is open for students and adults who have a minimum of 3-year experience in playing any percussion instrument.
All Percussion instruments are Welcome ( Indian and Westen and World)
The students of this class will perform as an ensemble at the up-coming Avirbhav on the 26th of April 2018. They will be the opening act to our forthcoming act - The Project Ganganis
